Potatoes Laskowski Casserole
Making
potatoes easier to handle and easier to serve, this delicious casserole
only needs heating up!
Ingredients:
1 bag of Potatoes O'Brien
1 can of Cream of Chicken
Soup
1 cup of Sour Cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup melted butter

Add everything except the
potatoes and stir together until well combined. Add the potatoes and
mix until incorporated.
Cook in an aluminum steam
tray pan for 45 minutes on 375. Let cool and package up for the tailgate.
Heat up on a steam tray or Coleman stove, when you are ready to serve.
