Veggie Pizza

Health and Football. Not a combination for most but veggies and cream cheese can be the perfect pick-me-up during the tailgate. And it washes down great with an ice cold beer.

Ingredients:

1 8 oz package of crescent rolls
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 package of Ranch dressing mix
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c green onion chopped
Other Favorite Veggies

Roll out crescent rolls to form a rectangle on a baking sheet or stone. Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes. Let cool. Mix together cream cheese and ranch dip. Once the rolls are cool, spread the cream cheese mix onto the rolls. Top with the veggies. Cover and pack in the cooler for the trip to the stadium.
